Welcome to the Carters' On-Line Office.  The Carters have been successfully selling homes in the Tennessee Valley for over 8 years.  Pat and Tom come from very demanding and different careers.  Both are actively involved in local Civic and Church related organizations.

Pat taught school for 30 years and was also the owner/operator of a successful warehouse business.  Pat's education and business experience serves her Real Estate clients well.  Coming from an educator's background instilled in Pat the necessity of continual learning. This extra training pays big dividends for her clients.  Pat has earned The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field.  The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.  Pat has also earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation. The ABR designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS® to real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria. 

Tom comes to Real Estate from a 25 year career in management with Bellsouth, a Regional Telephone Company.  Tom has also earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation and is a licensed Broker.
